The Michelin Guide called it an 'inspector's favorite' and 'eat like a local' pick—high praise that locals have known for years. Coffee and a display case of conchas, croissants, and donuts anchor the morning; the menu builds from there into charcuterie boards, fresh salads, sandwiches on house-baked black rye, and wood-fired pizza. Friday through Sunday, order the chilaquiles: crisp yellow corn chips in morita chile sauce with diced roasted lamb. The banana French toast is a cult item.
